The front desk staff need some customer service training. When you ask a question, they don't answer or respond verbally. Instead, they point or shake their heads. Seemed like they don't want to be bothered. Wish also that there was complimentary tea not coffee only at the lobby.

Very nice place to stay. Large comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is no recycling available but all the hotels unfortunately follow this practice. I would stay at this hotel again!

The hotel is beautifully appointed. The rooms are large and spacious and the breakfast is a great start to the day. Also love the fireplace in the lobby and the free coffee all day. The staff are courteous.
