Good spot close to the shops and a short walk to the centre. Quiet rooms, comfortable enough. Nice breakfast, friendly service. Great to have parking included in the stay as many hotels didn’t offer this, even though it isn’t the hotels car park, it is incredibly close and v accessible.

It was perfectly situated. You are a stone throw away from Cabot Circus shopping mall and the the city centre shops. We picked the hotel for the location as going to a music concert. If I’m being picky the room was okay but not cleaned to standard for example the bath felt dirty or it could have been soap residue. When I come to check the room before we let there was an empty water bottle under the bed. There is more to praise about the hotel than not. The staff were extremely friendly, obliging and effecient. There were tea making facilities well stock with tea and coffee plus plenty of biscuits. The bathroom was stocked up with shower gels, soaps as well as a mininnpamper kit. We were pleased overall and wil definitely be coming to stay again. It made life much easier. Thank you

Hotel cares not for the safety of it's customers

When returning to the Hotel from a night out, i had a nasty fall due to the lack of lighting in the nearby park. I broke my wrist badly and was quite battered and bruised. When entering the hotel and asking to use the phone to call an ambulance i was refused by the night time staff. They said ridiculous things like I couldn't call outside the building which i confirmed the next morning was an obvious lie. I used my drained phone to call and eventually a friend got me an uber. I recieved no assistance from Hotel staff at any point. Rooms are tired and not clean enough. The local area is incredibly rough now,getting worse with each visit. This being my 3rd and obviously final visit. Avoid

I recently stayed at Future Inn for two nights and was quite disappointed this time. Unlike my previous visit two months ago, which was pleasant, this stay did not meet my expectations. Firstly, I was given a small room without the city view I was hoping for. The room facilities were also quite limited compared to what I expected. What concerned me the most was the housekeeping service. On the second day, the cleaning staff entered my room without my permission and took the towels from the bathroom, which was quite shocking. They also knocked on my door two or three times in the name of cleaning, which disturbed my rest and overall experience. I had a much better experience during my last stay, so I was surprised by how different this visit was. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and ensure better service and privacy for future service. Thank you

Pleasant but a bit outdated

The staff were all really lovely, bed comfortable and a very good size. TV was massive but not all channels were working properly. In need of a freshen up in regards to style I'd say. Other that that, it was great

The bathroom had a ‘drainy’ smell and the toilet was difficult to flush. I asked twice on check in day for resolution. I asked again next morning. Another member of my party had the same issue on the second day and was immediately offered another room, but that option had not been offered to me. I asked again and was offered another room, and accepted this. The second room was fine.

The hotel is well located however is not well maintained. I booked two rooms, both of which had blocked sink plugs and kettles heavily scaled. This was very inconvenient especially with kids as we had to brush teeth from the bath tub and could not boil water for baby’s milk

My check in was really good, the gentleman serving me allowed me to check in 1 hour early and allocated me a room with a bath ( at my request). Room was quiet, very big with comfortable beds and pillows. My only small issue was I didn't think the bathroom was as clean as it should be. I used wipes to clean the bath grime out and when laying in the bath and looking up the handrail was really dirty. On check out I left my luggage for the day and the girl who served me lacked basic customer service. Didn't ask how my stay was, didn't even smile. All in all though it's a great hotel in an excellent location and I would stay again.
