Very impressed with receptionist Tracy’s customer service skills but found the bedroom wall very thin as could hear every word the man in the next room was saying . Always he had his tv on loudly at 6 am . Therefore did not get a good nights sleep 💤

Family trip - Handy for a base

We stayed at the Bridge Inn during the Easter hols. Check in staff were friendly and welcoming. We had an issue with the bathroom light on arrival to the room and someone was literally there within minutes to sort it. The family room is probably the largest family room we have stayed in. Very generous in size!! The on-site soft play is great and not advertised but is free for hotel guests! We also had breakfast included which we weren’t aware of. Breakfast again was generous with cereals, pastries and then cooked breakfast made to order. Hotel guests must eat before 9am though (10am on weekdays) The hotel is a great base for Bristol where we spent a full day taking in the sights. The harbour is a lovely walk and there are several children’s attractions. We went to Weston super mare the other day. Overall, the staff in the hotel were lovely. If all Green King Inn family rooms are this big we wouldn’t definitely book another!
