Beautiful and very quiet apartment in an independent building, loft style on two levels , 70 square meters, with beautiful view, independent terrace in a large estate with 18th century house, on a small mountain road. It is on two levels, upstairs: large area with sleeping space ( one double bed and one single bed), living and TV areas; downstairs: kitchen open to terrace, shower room and separate toilets. 5mn from village, 20mn from beaches and mountain walks. 15mn from Bayonne and Biarritz.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in dem hübschen baskischen Häuschen: Der Garten und der Ausblick sind gigantisch, man kann wunderbar die Ruhe inmitten der Natur genießen. Auch von innen ist das Häuschen geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Ausflüge ins Umland, nach Bayonne, Biarritz oder sogar San Sebastián bieten sich unbedingt an.

Briscous est à proximité de nombreux sites et centres d'intérêt caractéristiques du pays Basque et dans ce décor typique et dans ce logement bien agencé le séjour nous a été très agréable. Un accueil bienveillant et la tranquillité des lieux sont très appréciés.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le havre de paix amenagé avec beaucoup de goût par Jacques. Authenticité, nature et confort sont au rendez-vous. Un très bon séjour dans un magnifique pays basque, le gite était superbe, bien équipé, l'accueil très chaleureux, le jardin est magnifique, un havre de paix. Séjour de rêve et accueil exceptionnel.

Ayant programmé au dernier moment un séjour au Pays Basque quelle chance nous avons eue ma femme et moi d'avoir trouvé de la place dans ce petit paradis ! Ce studio et son environnement sont tout bonnement exceptionnels. Tout est parfait le confort, la propreté, l'équipement très complet et le cadre idyllique avec un immense jardin très bien entretenu et un point de vue sur la campagne à couper le souffle. Quant à l'accueil du propriétaire de ce petit bijou il est simplement hors du commun tant Monsieur W. vous reçoit comme des amis et est aux petits soins pour vous pendant tout votre séjour. Il n'hésite pas à vous conseiller pour vous aider à profiter à 100% de ce beau pays et sait vous indiquer les bonnes adresses environnantes. Sa propriété, en pleine campagne mais proche de toute les commodités, est idéalement placée à quelques kilomètres des grands sites touristiques, tant du bord de mer que de l'intérieur du pays. Nul doute que nous reviendrons dès que possible goûter au charme de l'endroit et à l'hospitalité exceptionnelle de Monsieur W. Ce témoignage peut sembler dithyrambique mais il reflète la réalité et ayant pas mal voyagé je dire que très peu de prestataires proposent un tel produit et avec autant de convivialité en privilégiant les relations humaines. On est loin de l'attitude mercantile qui régit trop souvent les locations de vacances. Merci encore Monsieur W. pour ce séjour, nous reviendrons.

Séjour merveilleux !

Si vous aimez la nature, les beaux paysages, la tranquillité tout en étant proche des villes comme Bayonne, Saint Jean de Luz ou Biarritz, alors sans hésitation, vous pouvez louer ce logement. Il correspond tout à fait à la description. Décoré avec goût, d'une propreté irréprochable, spacieux, on s'y sent tellement bien qu'il est difficile de le quitter. La vue est magnifique, tout comme la propriété. Idéalement situé, vous pourrez y découvrir les merveilleux villages du pays basque, effectuer des randonnées inoubliables et profitez des plaisirs de la mer. Un endroit idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances. Enfin, nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux de la part du propriétaire.
