4/5 Pleasing This property is within walking distance of Central Station and Queen Street Mall. You can also walk to Chinatown Mall and Fortitude Valley in under 30 minutes. The room and common areas were clean, quiet, and staff were hospitable. They held my personal belongings for a few days while I flew to Sydney. I originally booked my stay for two nights but decided to extend my booking by an additional night after returning to Brisbane before flying home.

Fairly good location, quiet street

I arrived at hotel and there was no reception. I had to ring as the clerk was away from desk helping another guest. I guess stuff like this happens. They do not provide enough body gel soap, 1 small tube for a queen side room, but think they could allocate more. Nice restaurant is adjoining for breakfast and drinks.

Nice Hotel, SMALL room

room was very small --- not even big enough for a chair to sit on or to spread out a normal-size suitcase. There was a 'bar stool' at a combination desk/vanity/bar, but the space was too high to use a lap top on and was cluttered with drinks that the hotel wants you to buy. Sink in the bathroom was too small to rinse your face in, and glass shelf above sink made it difficult to shave.

It was a bit confused to locat the hotel, but once one learns the area it is easy & it is walkable to the waterfront & nice restaurants there too. This hotel is closed to the central train station & the train to the airport like a breeze, like the closeness & convenient to the station.
