Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Run!!! Booked this property. I called him personally 3 days before my trip to ask about check in etc. Then while driving to the place our taxi called to get directions and the guy said it wasn’t available. He said he canceled with Expedia after I spoke to him. He gave no explanation why he didn’t bother tell me or call me back. Expedia said he never canceled and he wouldn’t take their calls. It’s a scam but Expedia did take care of me and put me in a nice alternative.
Stayed 5 nights in Feb 2020
