Excellent stay. We stayed in a junior suite and it had lots of room and space. Really comfortable bed and great amenities. We used the handy lockers located by the gondola to ski every day of our stay.

It was okay. Wouldnt consider it a 4 star. Did not feel the value was worth it. The hot tub didn’t work throughout our stay, which is the primary reason for booking. The massage was in organized and disappointing. The room cleaning wasn’t great. Breakfast was way over priced, and the building was t finished.

Chambre neuve, accueil souriant, propre. Je vais m'attarder sur les problĂšmes en espĂ©rant une Ă©volution mĂȘme si pour le prix de 150€ la nuit dans le coin je pense qu il y aura pas mieux. DĂ©jĂ  le spa est limitĂ© a 50 min par jour et cela n'est pas indiquĂ© sur l'annonce, de mĂȘme pas de bain Ă  remous mais un bain nordique; et il faut rĂ©servĂ© d'avance voir avant d'arriver pareil pas d'information avant d'ĂȘtre sur place. Le chauffage n'a pas de thermostat Ă  tempĂ©rature mais seulement un robinet thermostatique donc dur d'avoir la bonne tempĂ©rature et radiateur Ă  eau mais trĂšs sec dans la chambre. La literie n'est pas mauvaise mais pas au niveau d'un 4 Ă©toiles et surtout la couette Ă  une fermeture Ă©clair en son milieu ce que ma femme et moi avons trouver dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Pas de frigo en chambre ou sdb ce qui es ma premiĂšre fois en 4*. Nous avons croiser Ă  plusieurs reprises (notamment un couple je pense) qui s'occupe de l'entretien qui sur 3 jours ne sont pas capable de rĂ©pondre au bonjour, de dire merci quand je leur tiens la porte et qui en plus font la gueule. Et point dĂ©co, l'entrĂ©e par l'escalier cotĂ© parking, accueille je pense la majoritĂ© des clients et pas une dĂ©co ou une plante et une simple porte battante pour accĂ©der Ă  l'accueil.
