Located on the first floor without an elevator, this apartment is the ideal place for a pleasant stay.

It includes a comfortable bedroom with a 5'3“ x 6'3” double bed, as well as a cozy living room equipped with a 5'3“ x 6'3” sofa bed, perfect for hosting friends or family. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs, and the functional bathroom adds to the practicality of this space. You can also enjoy a dining area and a sunny balcony with a view of the valley, where you can get some fresh air and relax.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal: Wi-Fi, raclette machine, television, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, oven. Please note that sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.

For your daily shopping, there is a Carrefour City supermarket just a 5-minute drive away.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous. Moreover, you'll be just a 7-minute drive from the Prorel ski lift, perfect for quick and convenient access to the slopes.

## Emplacement
Located at an altitude of 1,326 meters, Briançon is the highest town in France. This town of art and history, fortified by Vauban in the 18th century, is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Briançon has a remarkable collection of military structures, built between the 18th and 20th centuries to improve the town's defense system. The tour includes the upper town, or Vauban citadel, the very heart of Briançon, dominated by the Château Fort, and the surrounding fortifications of Fort des Salettes, Fort des Trois Têtes, and Fort du Randouillet. In winter, Briançon becomes a popular destination for ski enthusiasts, as its ski area is part of the famous Serre Chevalier resort.
