New house of 96m² located 150m from La Parée Beach, in a highly sought-after and very quiet neighbourhood. Everything is within a 20-minute walk (shops, town centre of Brétignolles, market, supermarket...)
Beautiful bike rides or hikes will take you along the wild coast or towards the various beaches of the Vendée coastline.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a 160 bed and its shower room on the ground floor, the other two bedrooms are upstairs, 160 beds for both and a shower room that serves the entire floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, freezer, oven and combined microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker.
