dead roaches with bug guts and dried blood on the COMFORTER. roaches in the tub, and the room smells of straight urine with a thermostat setting on 86°F. tried to tell the front desk worker and she got an awful nasty attitude and stated she would have to check what i was saying was true first. i informed her i did in fact take pictures. she came back from the room, and acted as if it was making a big deal out of nothing, and it was “only one roach..” as if that makes it ok and kept insisting we get another room. i informed her myself nor my family would be staying in this hotel, and i just needed a refund as i had just spent OVER 200$ for this room. she stated i could take up to 14 business days. and that’s not a guarantee… absolutely disgusted with this business, and the way it takes care of his customers. extremely poor management. will never recommend, EVER.

Horrible rooms

The TV did not work in the room they switched us to another room where somebody was already staying in then they switched us to a third room and it smelled like urine so bad in there it was mold and very dusty. I asked the front desk lady for some compensation for the inconvenience she told me that was a me problem I would not recommend this hotel to anyone to stay in

We were staying for a college graduation. Upon arrival, after I checked in I was told the elevator has been out of order the entire week. My elderly family members were unable to climb stairs. We were not offered a discount or any compensation for our inconvenience. I was able to get rooms on the first floor but I felt horrible for the other occupants. Every time I walked by the front desk there appeared to be several complaints. I hope they reevaluate problems because everyone is not capable of climbing flights of stairs. Thank you
