Cannot say enough great things about this house and the host Derek. We had a group of 12 (6 adults and 6 kiddos). It was absolutely perfect. The heated floors, comfy robes, endless Mountain Views, kitchen that was stocked like crazy, game room, theater room, usable garage, comfy beds…. I could go on and on! With all the amenities we really felt like VIPs. 10/10 want to stay here again!

While kitchen was well outfitted, the condition and quality of the pans and knives was poor. We were very disappointed to have been denied access to the outdoor living space as we had planned specifically on using it. This was a big problem for me and should have been better represented prior to booking. There was a small gas grill provided that was of poor quality and quite dirty which was disappointing. Management did communicate well and was responsive. We did enjoy our stay despite the listed issues.

Valentines weekend

We have been vacationing in Breck for 15 years and this has become one of our favorite properties. The property manager was very accommodating. The house is phenomenal. It had everything we needed. Would love to book this property again.

Perfect Family Vacation

Seventh Heaven was perfect for our family vacation! We all LOVED the views and enjoyed every minute in your amazing home!! There was so much space for everyone to not ever be on top of anybody. So many great options (theater room, hot tub, etc) both for adults and children to keep all busy. We never heard from the kids that they were bored in the house! Kitchen was so well stocked and organized! Made cooking a breeze when anything that we needed was available!! WE LOVED OUR STAY!

Great Service

The property was excellent and the property manager Derek was great to work with. Derek provided excellent service prior, during and after our stay. We shipped a few packages to the Fed-Ex store and he picked them up and delivered to our rental house prior to us arriving. After our vacation we re packaged our gear and he delivered back to Fe-Ex for us. Made our trip more efficient and enjoyable. 👍

Heaven in Breck

We’ve stayed in various homes in Breckenridge over the years and this home was one of, if not, the absolute best. The owners were great. The property manager Derek was great. They had a beautiful Christmas tree there for the holidays. The layout of the home was perfect for our group. The decor was spot on. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together with just amazing views and then plenty of space for everyone to get a little away time. The “back way” to Peaks 7 and 8 was so easy to use instead of going into town with all the traffic. The kitchen was a chef’s dream. We cooked. We actually had a chef come twice and he said both times how much he loved cooking at the home. There simply are not enough superlatives to share to express what a wonderful experience we had. Highly recommended! Thanks for sharing such an amazing home with us - it made our holiday with friends and family truly magical.

Beautiful Space With Amazing Views

Overall stay was amazing, had an issue with hot water the first day but was resolved by our second day there - Derek was easy to get a hold of with any concerns and was quick to reply. Property was beautiful and we all enjoyed our stay!

2023 Winter Vacations

We were a group of 4 families, 17 people total, and everybody had a nice space to sleep and spend the time. Due to the large size of the house we never felt crowded. Living room is very cozy and we’d definitely consider to rent this property again. Thanks to Derek (manager) because he was helpful all the time! We hope to see you soon again!!!

Spectacular home, property and views!

We had an amazing time at this truly unique, beautiful, spacious and well equipped home with beyond spectacular views. The home was decorated beautifully, the beds were comfortable and the main living floor space was such that you never wanted to leave it. We intended to do more activities than we did but we all enjoyed being in the home so much that we became "home bodies". I would definitely love to return to this beautiful home.

Short Get Away

Overall the house was great and the property management is amazing. I usually don’t stay in properties that don’t have AC. That was my fault for not looking at the listing and just assuming that a property at this level would have it. Luckily it didn’t get above 75 during the time we stayed there. One suggestion I have is to add window shades to the bedrooms. None of the bedrooms have window shades so the sun shines into the rooms extremely early, it also makes it tough to put little kids to bed at earlier hours. Overall the house was great, clean, and as advertised. Even with those items I mentioned we would stay there again. We would just make sure the weather would be cool that week.

The house is close (15 minutes due to snow on the roads) to downtown. The house was fantastic! There is not a negative comment to be made. The jacuzzi was a treat. The theater was Top Shelf. The audio was outstanding! We will be back!
