Welcome to Quicksilver Condo, in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. This fully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo blends modern mountain style with comfort and convenience. Featuring a lofted primary suite with vaulted ceilings and ample natural light, a statement fireplace in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a private balcony, and an on-site hot tub, Quicksilver Condo is perfect for families, friends, or small groups seeking both adventure and relaxation. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests maximum.

Proximity: Just steps from the base of Peak 9 at Breckenridge Ski Resort, Quicksilver Condo offers unmatched mountain access. The Quicksilver Superchair is a 0.2-mile (~ 5min) walk for beginner skiers, and the Beaver Run Superchair is only 0.3 miles away. Downtown Breckenridge, with shops, dining, and apres-ski entertainment, is a 2-minute walk. The condo is located on the third floor of the Der Steiermark building.

Living Room: The main living area is bright and inviting, with a statement fireplace, comfortable seating, and a flatscreen TV. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy fresh mountain air and scenic views of the surrounding peaks.

Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, oven and stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, blender, crockpot, coffee maker, and all the essentials for cooking. A breakfast bar provides seating for 3, while the dining table comfortably seats 4.

Bedding Configuration: 2 Bed, 2 Bath -
• Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, skylight, washer/dryer, nightstands, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a single vanity and shower tub combo.
• Second Bedroom: Queen bed, nightstands, and closet. The 2nd full bath, just outside the bedroom door, includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.
• Additional Sleeping Area: Queen-size sleeper sofa

Communal Hot Tub: Relax in the private inner courtyard hot tub, open daily from Noon to
9pm, or enjoy the balcony overlooking the mountains.

Amenities: After a day of adventure, relax by the fireplace in the cozy living room or step out onto the balcony to take in the stunning mountain views. Der Steiermark offers excellent amenities to enhance your stay, including on-site courtyard hot tub, the amazing Mi Casa restaurant, mountain gear rental shop, elevator, and underground heated garage with storage.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

Perfect spot!

This property was perfect for our family of four (17&19). Everything we needed was within walking distance whether it was coffee, breakfast, dinner, drinks or slopes. We had all the comforts of home. For those trying to navigate who should have which room, the loft room is bright first thing in the morning and the Condo itself is warm. We stayed in late March and kept heat off the entire time. Great space !

Cute remodeled condo in the heart of Breck

The place was cute. The temp. was manageable leaving the windows open all day. Watch for an email directly from them. I missed it since it wasn’t from Vrbo. If you use the elevator upon arrival, go through the building and outside a door to get to the unit from an exterior courtyard. Everything was clean, loft fun for kids. It was about mid-level as far as other properties we have stayed at. The mattresses were very uncomfortable but we still had fun. have visited. Theb
