Lovely views, easy access off the highway. Hot tub was great with wonderful views of the stars. Kitchen was pretty well stocked and easy to make some simple meals. Well worth the price. And, management was quick with responses to all my questions- a huge plus!
Front deck had a great view- would be perfect in warm weather for hanging out!

The house was great! The host was very attentive. The only issue we had was the first night the water was barely warm for showers but I messaged them and they came and fixed the vet next day and were very apologetic! Would stay here again!

This house was perfect for our family and the mountain views are incredible! The house was clean and spacious and we enjoyed the hot tub every evening. It's location south of Breckenridge is perfect for hiking trail access. Some of the best trails in Summit county are close by. The house is also located in an area that you can see a lot of really cool mountain wildlife.

Spacious, family friendly mountain home

Our family group of six ranged in age from 2 to 71 and we all enjoyed this spacious and family friendly home. The kids loved the bunk beds and there were lots of games provided as well as a large TV. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating, and the furniture was comfortable. The highlight for the adults was looking at the amazing stars each night from the hot tub or deck. We really appreciated that the management company was local and very responsive, we would be happy to work with them if we come back to the Breckenridge area.

This property was perfect for our family. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, warm, beautiful views, a hot tub and we could have our pups with us. Would definitely recommend to others and would love to stay again in the summer to see the moose!

Great for families!

This home is beautiful and fit our large family easily. It's near Breckenridge for shopping, but is out in the countryside with gorgeous views of Quandary, meadows filled with wildflowers, and the occasional wildlife. There's a wonderful hot tub that's new. Abundant biking and hiking trails were a real plus for our active family, as well as multiple ponds and lakes to splash around in (if you can take the freezing cold water). The property managers were very responsive to our questions. This is our second time staying here, which says a lot all by itself. We will definitely be back!

Great place a short drive from Breck

Everything about this house is great. The checkin was easy. The owner and property manager were friendly, helpful, and polite. The WiFi is excellent. Hot tub was a huge hit AND it’s dog friendly which was great for us since we were there for a longer stay. The house itself is in a beautiful quiet area about 8 miles from Breck. You definitely need AWD. Would recommend this property to anyone looking in the area and we would definitely book here again if we come back to Breckenridge. Five stars!

Great house!

We enjoyed our stay here! It was very easy to find and accessible even in the snow. We loved the hot tub. One thing I will point out is that the beds are very firm and the water does not get hot (only warm) in the showers. Overall, we had a great trip to Breckenridge! Only 15 minutes to town!

near death

we only stayed one night, because I suffered from a very deadly bout of altitude sickness they medical treatment was life saving my oxygen levels were below 40 so in the am i had to leave ASAP. and was told never go up that high again.

Great Views but..

The views were great from the house. The hot tub was nice to relax in. The house is at 11,000ft as a heads up you might get altitude sickness if not be prepared. The water for the showers were on the colder side of the spectrum. The beds had very firm mattresses. the softest bed in the house was the pullout couch on the first floor with the garage. The washer and dryer are on the first floor in a room connected to the garage.

Nice cabin, Beautiful property

I think the cabin was very spacious and accommodated my family well. I liked having 3 separate full baths. I loved having 4 bedrooms. I love the full kitchen and large table. the views were pretty, but the busyness of nearby roads was distracting. Our discomforts are not entirely the property owner's fault. We are from Louisiana and did not realize the effect the altitude would have on us. We woke up with headaches. We had blood in our noses and dealt with some nausea. We gasped for breath after taking a flight of stairs. The dryness of the air and lack of oxygen made our stay less comfortable. The beds were very firm. We are not sure whether the firmness of the bed or the altitude sickness contributed to our lack of sleep. Perhaps both! Very good things about this property, but be prepared for 11k feet if you are used to low elevation like us!

Great location, lots of space

This was the perfect location as a home base for our hiking excursions. The home has three levels so plenty of space to spread out. The host was super responsive to any of our questions and needs. The hot tub was such a treat for sore muscles in the evening. It was great to wake up and enjoy the view and often saw moose in the adjacent meadow. The only drawback was the low water pressure in the showers, but I would recommend this home to other travelers.

Great Stay

We had a great time staying at this house. Everything was very clean. As others reviewed, the beds are quite hard, but you get used to them. The owner was extremely helpful and communicative. There was an electrical issue at one point and she worked very hard (and quickly) to resolve it, even over a holiday. We would definitely stay here again!

Moose meadow

The property is 9 miles south of Breck so if you like being more remote this is the place for you, yet it is near hwy. very clean. Was disappointed grilling is no longer an option. Multiple decks, wonderful for watching wildlife. Lots of stairs and altitude so must be in decent physical shape. No yard. Nice leather furniture in main floor, tons of games my kids loved. Kitchen is well stocked and lots of counter space. We did loose power and water for a couple hours due to high winds, but they got it back on very quickly.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful property with a nice hot tub right by Hoiser pass. Easy check in and stay. The beds are extremely firm but outside of that a fun time!
