We had a comfortable and nice stay at this place for two families. Close to ski resorts and short drive to town. Place was accurate to pictures.

House was beautiful especially the mountain view. There was plenty of room for our group of 6. We were able to check in early which was nice. A few things none of the bathrooms had wash clothes, the only TV that had cable was the basement and the fire pit table wasnt working

Great stay at a beautiful home in a great location. We would definitely come back again. Had a wonderful week in the mountains this place was in a great location close to everything within a 10 minute drive. Only issue we had was the dishwasher was not working and we reached out to the property manager and they did respond saying they were going to replace it but after telling us they were coming on a Monday they never showed up and did not follow up to advise of updates. We left on a Wednesday morning. This was not a huge deal we just washed dishes by hand we stayed a week and this was reported on the third day we were there. I do believe it will be replaced as it did appear to be old as racks were rusted and it would not turn on at all. Just better communication would have been appreciated. Otherwise this was a great place to stay.

Nice Ski Vacation

We enjoyed our ski vacation but there were some things that would keep us from renting the house again, particularly at this time of year. The driveway had several inches of snow and ice when we arrived (it had been there and built up over quite some time) which made it difficult to get in and out of the house and garages safely. We also got new snow while we were there and that added to the driveway problem. Had the drive been cleared to begin with we would have tried to clean off the new snow but it was impossible. At the base of the stairs going into the front door was a solid piece of ice which also was hazardous. We called the management company and left two messages, one about the snow and ice hazard, and also requesting help figuring out how to work the TV on the main level. We got no response from our messages and did the best we could with the ice and snow, and ended up screen mirroring shows from our iPads. The basement was also too cold to sit down there and use the TV or ping pong table. The kids slept in the bunk room in the basement but no one wanted to spend time in the cold, so other than sleeping or going in and out for the hot tub the basement wasn’t used. The two sliding doors on the upper and lower levels have no window coverings of any kind, so people walking the lower path or on the street above could look into the house, especially at night. We would have preferred some privacy. On the plus side, the kitchen was large and well stocked, we appreciated the spices and things that were left in the pantry to use. Both upstairs master bedrooms were very nice, and the washer and dryer were both excellent. Over all the house is lovely, if the items I mentioned above were taken care of we would consider staying there again.

Beautiful views in quiet neighborhood

We spent 10 restful nights in this beautiful home. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this house is backed up to a lovely creek and walking trail. All of the common living spaces look out onto the creek with Mountain View’s beyond. Gorgeous!! There are no homes behind the house, so you feel as though you are in a secluded location. Plenty of amenities are available in this home. A ping pong table, separate living/TV area, patio with hot tub and fire pit, and bunk room with full guest bathroom make up the lower level. The main floor has a spacious living/dining area, a very well stocked kitchen, and a queen guest room with separate bathroom. The upper floor consists of 2 king en-suite bedrooms and a laundry closet. All of the beds were super comfy too! This was a great get away stay for our family and we will definitely be coming back! The hosts have done a great job creating a comfortable and beautiful home away from home!

Great house and amenities!

Great place to relax, work, and unwind! Ample space to get away for the guys who needed to work! The rest of us hit the convenient shuttle to the slopes and relaxed in the hot tub when we got back.

Perfect place in Breck

We are so pleased we booked this home, it was perfect. We stayed with my sister and her family, plus my mom. The two bedrooms upstairs and one on main floor were perfect for the adults while kiddos slept in the bunk room. There was plenty of space to have quiet time and also for the boys to run around and play. It's was a 5 min drive to everything in Breck and a great little park was a 2 min walk. We did not figure the shuttle system because it seemed you still needed to walk. Maybe not, but I would recommend that since parking in not ideal around town. The home was well stocked with everything we needed, and that made all the difference. The kitchen was great, there were spices for us to cook homemade meals. Hosts were responsive, no need to look anywhere else. Note: I would double check about the heating, the lower floor was quite cold in main area, we had a space heater in the bedroom so maybe they could add another.

Great Family Get Away

This home is beautifully located in Breckinridge with a small creek and foot path running behind the home. The house is huge and has plenty of room. Love the fact that there are two master bedrooms. In our case our son and wife stayed in the queen room on the main level to be closer to the bunk room on the lower level. A pack & play is available which we used for our 2 year old grandson. His 5 year old brother slept in the the same room. Our daughter-in-law did end up sleeping one night in the bunk room as the boys were a little nervous the first night. Also enjoyed the hot-tub in the evening. Home is close to town, grocery store and other activities. Lots of play grounds scattered around. Very relaxing time. Be aware that on top of the rental fee, there is an extra per person guest fee.

Great time with the boys

Had an excellent spring snowboard trip with the boys. The townhouse was beautiful, fully stoked, great amount of space and a phenomenal hot tub to relax in over looking breck mountain. Will def be back!
