The condo is a second-floor unit that requires one flight of interior stairs to access the front door. When you enter the property, you walk into the open concept living space which includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room includes a sofa which pull out to a queen size bed, a smart television and an electric fireplace to create a cozy feel. The dining table includes seating for 4, but can accommodate 6 if you use the bench from the master bedroom for additional seating. The island also offers seating for 4 additional people. The kitchen is fully stocking to meet all of your needs. We provide a blender, toaster, spice rack, pots, pans, baking sheets, and a Keurig Duo so you have the option of drip coffee or Kcups. We provide a starter amount of Kcups, sugar, and creamer as well as a few snacks in case you are hungry when you get in. Off of the kitchen you will find the stackable laundry with a starter amount of detergent. The master bedroom is off of the living room and includes a king bed, smart television, dresser, luggage rack, full length mirror, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The first floor has two additional bedrooms both of which are equipped with king-size bed, dressers and smart televisions. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom. Upstairs you will find a secondary living space with a fold down sofa, smart television, arcade game with over 100 games, board games, cards, and a foosball table. There is also an additional bedroom upstairs with full-over-full bunk beds, smart television and dresser. The bunk bed also has a twin size trundle under the bottom bunk. There is also a full bathroom upstairs. All bedrooms also include lamps with wireless charging in case you forgot your charger.
