apartment on 2 floors in villa of the owner, 20 minutes from Bastia, 4 km from the sea.
 on the 1st floor: a large room with a beautiful terrace table, chairs and deckchairs overlooking the sea and Mediterranean garden
On the ground floor: a dining room with a bed for 1 to 2 people, a kitchen area with adjoining laundry room and a bathroom with shower. and WC Garden and second terrace with sea views, barbecue garden furniture. and hammocks
Ideal for a couple with 1 child (or 3 people), lovers of peace and nature, aspiring to discover the authenticity of villages and Corsican landscapes on foot or by car.
No pets.

Vacances au calme dans un vaste jardin

Le must de cet hébergement est sans aucun doute son jardin bien entretenu, arboré avec une vue immense sur la mer. La terrasse supérieure permet de bénéficier de cette vue quels que soient l’heure du jour et l’ensoleillement. La propriétaire Michelle est à la fois d’une disponibilité absolue et d’une grande discrétion. Un véhicule est nécessaire pour accéder aux plages et aux commerces en 10 minutes. Un petit restaurant de village est accessible à pied et propose des soirées corses très agréables. Un hébergement idéal pour profiter du calme avec des enfants.

Entspannen unter Olivenbäumen mit Blick aufs Meer

Das Haus ist wunderschön und stilvoll eingerichtet, die Terrassen und der Garten sind bezaubernd. Mit einem herrlichen Blick aufs Meer sitzt man im Schatten unter hohen Olivenbäumen und kann es dort auch bei Hitze gut aushalten. Auch die Hängematten im Garten mit Blick auf Meer und Elba haben wir gerne genutzt. Die Eigentümerin Mme Tardy, die nebenan wohnt, hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und sich ansonsten diskret im Hintergrund gehalten, stand aber bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung und hatte gute Tipps für uns. Zum Meer sind es 5 min mit dem Auto, zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Erbalunga 10 min. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, um das Cap mit seinen schönen Stränden, kleinen Ortschaften und Wanderwegen in die Berge zu erkunden. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Une vue magnifique, dans le calme absolu

Nous avons été subjugués par la vue imprenable sur la mer de ce duplex, dans une villa de caractère, dont le jardin et sa végétation vous dépaysent et vous préservent des grosses chaleurs. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le calme des environs la nuit et lors de nos petits déjeuners et dîners sur les terrasses avec toujours la mer à l’horizon. A la recherche des magnifiques paysages dont regorge la Corse et amoureux du Cap depuis des années, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Poretto. Nous nous sommes beaucoup rapprochés de la propriétaire très attentionnée avec nous, mais aussi de très bon conseil quant aux lieux à voir impérativement le long du Cap. Vous rencontrerez une personne dont vous ne remarquerez pas la présence, mais toujours disponible.

calme paysage magnifique accueil chaleureux équipement complet

Nous avons passé 2 super semaines en juillet avec notre fils de 14 ans . Chambre des parents à l'étage garantissant l'intimité .... Les nuits calmes et agréables avec les ventilateurs ....la clim ne nous a pas manqué malgré les grosses chaleurs Deux terrasses avec vue magnifique sur la mer . Petits déjeuners et diners sur la terrasse inférieure bien ombragée au sein d'un très beau parc bien entretenu Hamac sous les oliviers ....super Bastia ni trop prèt ni trop loin ... Notre propriétaire Mme Tardy très très sympathique étant à la fois discrète et présente . Rien ne nous a manqué en particulier en ce qui concerne l'équipement de cuisine La wifi dans presque toute la maison . Et même pour ceux que ça intéresse ( nous pas trop ) un grand écran avec net fix Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette super location .

La propriété de Mme Tardy est non seulement belle mais elle est aussi très soignée et de très bon go

Je me suis senti extrêmement bien durant mon sejour la bas. Sortir le matin de la chambre située au premiér étage et voir le jardin et la mer - c'était un réve. J'ai savouré pouvoir utiliser le hamac et lire mon livre dans le silence du jardin. Mme Tardi est un parfait mélange de discretion et de communication franche. Elle m'a donné beaucoup de recommandations et de les environs. Je suis absolument sûr de revenir là un jour

bella casa non per bambini inferiori a 3-4 anni

Madame Michele molto gentile e corretta, purtroppo non ci aspettava per il giorno convenuto e questo ha creato qualche problema. Il posto è molto bello ma non è propriamente adatto per bambini in quanto ci sono basse balaustre che danno su salti di 3-4 metri. In quel giorno c'erano molte zanzare. Le stanze della casa sono piccole.

Eine charmante, individuell gestaltete Wohnung mit zwei Terrassen und viel Komfort

Die Wohnung liegt am Hang über dem Meer, mit Morgensonne auf der Terrasse. Es ist vor allem ein ruhiger Ort, abseits der vielbefahrenen Küstenstraße. Die Einrichtung ist individuell und charmant - es ist alles da, was man braucht.

La vue est splendide. Un séjour très agréable dans cette grande location aux deux terrasses!! Idéale pour se reposer dans un écrin de verdure et pour visiter le cap. La propriétaire saura vous conseiller sur les nombreux villages à visiter.

Idéal pour partir à la découverte du Cap Corse

Séjour (fin juin) fort agréable et bien trop court chez Mme Tardy, à Brando. Maison de charme avec un très joli jardin ombragé et une vue imprenable sur la mer, au calme, et idéalement située. Notre hôtesse attentionnée , nous a gâtés et fort bien conseillés pour les balades, plages, villages pittoresques à découvrir... Que du bonheur!
