Perfect stay at “ Inn at the Falls”

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center. The hotel staff were very friendly and made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed! Service was remarkable. Our suite had a wonderful view ! I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Inn overlooking the river in Bracebridge with a lovely restaurant underneath and big outdoor patio. The nearby water activities and nature trails were fun and relaxing. The price was relatively reasonable because we booked well in advance and a continental breakfast was included. Good value and beautiful spot. Highly recommend this Inn!

The Inn At The Falls was clean,Quiet, Staff was friendly. The property outside was clean but could need some gardening update. Very easy to find and close to all shopping and food services. We will go back next time we visit family.

Really enjoyed the room. Great view of the river and big spacious balcony that was wonderful to relax on with a morning coffee. The only negative was the Netflix being the only option...tried to watch a movie, but gave up because it would keep buffering literally every minute. So no tv option...reception said it was a problem in the area? The hotel was in a great location as well.

We were arriving after hours and the communication with staff was excellent. The main inn is very quaint. We stayed in a separate building. Our room was very clean, very comfortable bed. Room had everything we needed. Suggested improvements: better lighting in room, blackout curtains, door to balcony had no window covering. The grounds on the property could be beautiful but felt a little neglected. Overall, good value for the price. We only were here to sleep for one night so met our needs.

Historic old Inn that needs a lot of care and attention to make it what they say it is. Bed was good enough and the water was hot when showering. Beyond that the Mews rooms are like a cheap motel. Stinky corridor and musty room that needed a few things fixed. Lots of dead plants around the grounds, along with a ton of weeds and dirty windows. One night might be okay, but no reason to stay longer. The breakfast provided leaves a lot to be desired. Pastries were stale and bread was fine but one two-slice toaster had to be waited for. Will not be booking here again…
