I was trying to use the gym but the room temperature was 26 degrees and very muggy. When I asked the front desks if they could do something about it the person was rude and not helpful. Overall the property was very run down and in desperate need of renovation.

We had a wonderful stay here. We had our two kids with us and we went to Santa’s village during our stay. The hotel is great, zero complaints with our room. The restaurant within the hotel was sooo good! The pool was great, has a hot tub and sauna as well. The bowling alley was such a cool extra. Across the road is a really fun mini golf place, also serves ice cream! Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

check in was okay. Front desk person didn't really know area to recommend food or drink. Didn't find that helpful. Grounds are okay. Room is clean and good for the night stay. Everything closes around 9PM so be prepared to drive 10 min or so to get something to eat and drink.

The first room we went to had a terrible smell that slapped me in the face as soon as the door opened. The main reason we rented a room at this particular hotel was the bowling lane, and the bowling lane was closed.

Staff was really helpful. Lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful . I highly suggest this place for anybody who wants to travel in muskoka.

Upon arrival the staff for check in was nice. We were staying for 2 nights, had some bags and a cooler. We were informed there was no elevator. We carried everything up 2 flights of stairs. When we got to the room my 2.5 year old daughter found a dried timbits on the floor. I didn’t think much of it as it kinda blended in with the carpet. My husband went to put the AC on and noticed a lot of marks (kind of looked like someone threw up) on the AC Unit. We then noticed a stain on the roof. The door barely locked. The was a few cracks along the baseboard that looked like it was trying to be hid from the carpet. There was no flashing light on the smoke detector so we were not even sure if that was working. The next day when taking a nap my husband held the blanket up to the light and you could see how dirty it was on the inside. My daughter wanted to watch the TV. The remote barley worked. It was close to Santa’s Village but we will not be back to this hotel. For the price I paid for 2 nights I think it should have been cleaner for sure
