Check-in was excellent; rooms were quirky but clean; continental breakfast was just fine; and the attached dining room was great for our party of 12, with a private room for us. There was also a busy outdoor patio with a lovely view. Parking was easy. Note that there are no elevators, so some might find the stairs difficult. However, the staff quickly volunteered to take our bags up, so we had no issues. Highly recommended if you are in the area and looking for something more interesting than the usual roadside motels.

Location is perfect for easy walking access to restaurants and shops, and of course, the falls. Staff is incredibly friendly and rooms are well appointed, bed very comfortable, etc. This was our 3rd stay over the years and we will be back.

We really liked our stay here. It’s a pet-friendly, falls view hotel and staff are amazing! Jane was very kind and attentive. Room was clean. The reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because of limited breakfast variety.
