The space
Enjoy this 1st floor apartment nestled in the heart of paradise. The place is an unforgettable retreat for those who seek relaxation, as well as adventure. Access to five pools, one with a water slide (open Saturdays and Sundays)! Basketball and tennis courts, and a mini-golf course. Enjoy the hot tubs, lazy river and beach access. 30 mins from SJU airport, 35 from Old San Juan and less than 30 minutes from El Yunque, this is the perfect place to create your vacation memories.

OTHER IMPORTANT ITEMS TO NOTE:

**Aquatika has a strict access control policy to facilities. Upon confirmation of the reservation, guests must provide the names of those who will be occupying the resort. Failure to do so may result in delays at check in time or security can deny your entrance. The maximum capacity for the apartment is 10 guests. Only registered guests may access the complex. NO unregistered VISITORS are allowed.

**The Aquatika complex requires that all guests wear a resort-style wristband during their stay. The wristbands will be provided to guests upon checking in with security guards. These wristbands must be always worn so that the complex security can identify authorized guests.

** 6 foldable beach chairs, 3 foldable beach umbrellas, and 2 ice coolers (one large with a pull handle and one small size).

**Beach towels and several sports equipments (volleyball, basketball, pool noodles, mini-golf set, and 2 tennis rackets with balls).

** We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include body wash, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, and 1 dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.

**A laundry room with washer and dryer are available. Please purchase your own detergent.

Complex Amenities Hours:

The hours of the pools are from 9:00am to 1:00am.

The beach gate will be open from 7:00am to 7:00pm

**NOTE: The pool water slide operates only Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm depending on availability of lifeguard.**

**Renovations and updates to common areas and resort facilities take place throughout the year. Please inquire in advance on the service status of any particular items that you might be interested in so that there is no disappointment upon arrival.

Guest access
You have access to the entire apartment except the master closet which is locked and used for storage by the cleaning crew.

Other things to note
The resort fee of $12 per guest is included on your Airbnb charges. But you must include the correct guest count at time of reservation. $12 resort fee applies to every guest regardless of age (any differences on guest count will have to be paid separately). Please note, any changes to guest count after initial booking will have the appropriate resort fee of $12 per guest billed separately as Airbnb does not adjust the charges. Resort fee must be paid for ALL guests, inlcuding infants.

Note: any loss of power and water due to weather are beyond my control. So please be mindful if this happens due to storm, rain, hurricane or any other act of nature.

**Guests must provide the first and last names of all persons in their party upon confirmation of the reservation, including children of all ages. Only registered guests on Airbnb's platform provided to us may enter the complex. No other family or friends may enter the complex as the HOA policy prohibits entry of unregistered guests for safety.

**The gate key may not be replaced immediately if lost. There is a $100 key replacement fee that must be paid.

**NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OF THE APARTMENT. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $250 IF CONDO SMELLS LIKE SMOKE OF ANY KIND.
