Lovely little hotel clean friendly. I think the chef is deaf though as the radio at 6am was a brisk awakening

Had a fantastic stay matt and Mel made us very welcome at there property breakfast was amazing room was lovely there was a fridge to use for milk and water and Mel made some lovely banana muffins nothing was to much trouble for them definitely use them again

First time at BnB — well worth it.

Mel and Matt were great hosts! Very accommodating, great breakfasts, and overall attentive in regards to suggesting places to eat and things to do. Boscombe is nice and quiet, with a perfect beach away from the crowds. Will book again if back in town!

Enjoyable getaway

Travelled down from Suffolk for a three night stay and to sample the South coast. Matt and Mel were super friendly and helpful with local knowledge and places to eat and drink. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh which set us up well for the day. Defo recommend

A very pleasant stay. It is a short walk to the shops and the beach and not far from the Railway Station. The breakfast was very good and there was amble choice. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. Facilities to make your own tea and coffee provided in the room.

Excellent hotel and both Matt and Mel could not be anymore helpful. Like the idea of pre-order breakfast so its ready for you and excellent food. Also like the fresh milk in the fridge for your room etc. If I am in the area again deffo stay there.
