This 3-bedroom home, +dedicated office, has everything to make your Boulder vacation memorable, comfortable, and convenient. Modern and open with high-end linens, kitchen, beds, and bathrooms. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic VRBO, and I can recommend it highly! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the property and its amenities.The home itself is beautifully decorated, combining modern comforts with cozy touches that make it feel like a true retreat. The spacious layout allows for plenty of room to relax, and the natural light streaming in through the windows creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful amenities provided. From fluffy towels and delightful coffee and teas - every detail was taken care of. The outdoor space was a delightful bonus, featuring a lovely patio where I enjoyed my morning coffee surrounded by nature. Communication with the host was exceptional and responsive, with one of the best local guides ever. Overall, my experience at this property was nothing short of wonderful. The combination of a great property, amenities, and outstanding host communication made for a memorable getaway. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect escape!

Great house and location

For our first time ever in Colorado, this property was the best. Very centrally located to all the things. We visited Colorado Springs, Rocky Mountain National Park, Denver to see a Colorado Rockies game and were within 1.5 miles of the University of Colorado. The property it self was beautiful and well taken care of. Definitely would return.

Exactly as advertised

Location was a big thing for me as my step daughter lives about 1.5 miles away. House was immaculate and everything up to linens on the beds was top notch. It snowed exactly a beer cans worth on Friday overnight into Saturday, and the walks were shoveled that day. Most everything in Boulder is about fifteen minutes by car.

My brother, adult niece and I came to visit my son at CU and explore the area. Jennifer’s home is ideally located for enjoying all Boulder has to offer. The home is completely renovated and was very clean. The pictures and description are entirely accurate. Communication with the host was seamless as well. I would definitely recommend.

Great Location!!

Perfect location for everything you will want to do in Boulder and surrounding areas. Quick drive or bike ride to Pearl Street. Boulder Falls is an easy hike! Great views from Betasso Preserve! Plenty of restaurants nearby. The house was perfect for the 4 of us, but could easily accommodate 6 people. It was very clean. Stocked with everything you will need. Host was very easy to communicate with, and even gave great recommendations of things to do for day trips. We enjoyed our stay!
