Lovely small house with a secluded garden and a beautiful swimming pool and very friendly and helpful owners on site. Convenient for local shops and all the amenities of Bormes-les-Mimosas and Le Lavandou.

Beautiful house & garden

Pierre and Claudia were very welcoming and on hand should you have any problems and ready to help. Local shops and amenities 5 min walk. Lovely clean, well equipped and comfortable, air conditioned house with use of shared salt water swimming pool and beautifully kept garden. We enjoyed our time staying at the house and exploring the area by car. Many thanks for your hospitality.

TrÚs beau séjour à Bormes

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette villa pleinement conforme Ă  la description et aux photos. Les propriĂ©taires sont charmants et pleins de bons conseils sur la rĂ©gion. Le jardin est trĂšs agrĂ©able, bien arborĂ© et la piscine est parfaite avec des enfants. La maison est comme neuve et bien Ă©quipĂ©e, les chambres Ă  l’étage trĂšs confortables et la cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e. La localisation est parfaite avec commerces Ă  proximitĂ© et les plus belles plages de la rĂ©gion ne sont qu’à une dizaine de minutes en voiture. Nous reviendrons!

A great place to stay

We had a wonderful time staying in Jacques and Claudia's house. They were both so warm and welcoming. They were helpful in advising us how to make the most of our visit and even drove us to the harbour in Le Lavendou to buy fresh fish for supper. The house was perfect and accurate to the description, very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed BBQ's and the lovely terrace to enjoy our meals. The garden is very private with a beautiful swimming pool. Local shops and cafe in walking distance, a great restaurant for a special meal (La Rastegue) and wonderful unspoiled scenery and beaches a short drive away. We certainly recommend staying here and look forward to our next visit.

A great base for a relaxing holiday

Claudia and Pierre were very warm and welcoming hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is as described and is simply furnished, very clean and well designed to offer privacy within the main garden. The gardens are beautiful and we enjoyed the outside space and using the pool. It was a great base for exploring the area, with shops within walking distance as well as the old part of Bormes, which was very picturesque. Easy to access lovely local beaches and other attractions by car. Many thanks for your hospitality!

Excellent villa 5 star rating

The villa is lovely and the description was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and well equipped. The owners are friendly and very helpful .l I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Based at the bottom of the village of Bormes Les Mimosas there are a couple of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Situated perfectly to explore Le Lavandou Cavalier and Port Grimaud.

What a little gem. Found through Homeaway website. Definitely didn't disappoint. Wonderful hosts, immaculately clean, sizeable accommodation. Beautiful gardens, privacy, pool. Close to local amenities. Will definitely return. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Much laughter!

A wonderful place to stay!

Second time in one year we have spend our holiday in this beautiful villa, and again we had a wonderful time with our family. Lovely welcome by the owners who live on the property as well. They are very kind and helpful, but give you all the privacy you need. The villa is very clean and good maintained. A cosy place where inside its also very nice to sit on colder evenings (early or late in the year). Good and proper shower and facilities. A private garden with nice relaxing chairs. And the garden with flowers and the pool with salt water is just in one word suberb. We definitely will come back here soon again! Bart & Corinne (The Netherlands)

Garten voller DĂŒfte

Es waren richtig gute Ferien, was auch und nicht zuletzt an unserem Feriendomizil lag. Ein zwar kleines Haus, aber modern und optimiert und obendrein geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem, was die Bequemlichkeit sich so wĂŒnscht. Zum Haus gehört eine kleine Terrasse und ein großer Garten voller duftender BlĂŒten, schattigen PlĂ€tzen unter BĂ€umen und einem Teich mit blĂŒhenden Seerosen - neben dem Pool. Das ganze Ambiente wird gepflegt und gehegt von den Vermietern, die ĂŒberaus zuvorkommend und freundlich eine menschliche Bereicherung waren. Rundum eine WohlfĂŒhlatmosphĂ€re, die wir uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen können ...

Petite maison impecablement tenue, bien agencĂ©e, confortable et trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©e. Un jardin magnifique trĂšs bien entretenu avec une trĂšs jolie piscine.Un petit parterre d'aromates Ă  disposition des locataires, des chaises longues confortables... Bref, un petit paradis tenu par des propriĂ©taires extrĂȘmement charmants, toujours prĂȘts Ă  rendre service et trĂšs discrets.A recommander!! Seul petit point nĂ©gatif, il n'y a que 2 taques de cuisson relativement petites...pas toujours facile de cuisiner quand on est quatre.

Claudia et Jacques qui nous ont accueillis sont des personnes charmantes et bienveillantes. Le jardin paysagé un havre de paix magnifique qui est doté d'une splendide piscine. J'ai passé un trÚs bon séjour avec mon fils ùgé de 18 ans à Bormes-les-Mimosas pendant les vacances scolaires de Pùques 2025. Le logement est spacieux, bien aménagé avec un joli extérieur et trÚs confortable. Il est calme, à proximité des commerces pour se ravitailler (10 mn à pied) et proche de la mer en voiture. Kleine Oase in Bormes

Am Ankunftstag wurden wir sehr herzlich von Claudia und Jacques empfangen. Das Haus ließ keine WĂŒnsche offen. Tolle Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Der Garten mit dem kleinen Pool, ObstbĂ€umen und KrĂ€uterecke war eine kleine Oase. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Ein kleines Paradies mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen, der mit einem sehr herzlichen Empfang der Gastgeber begonnen hat. Das Haus ist sehr schön im unteren Teil von Bormes-les-Mimosas gelegen. Von hier aus kann man grandiose StrĂ€nde besuchen und auch tolle AusflĂŒge machen (z.B. nach Saint Tropez). Wir haben den Pool ausgiebig genutzt, aber auch die schönen verschiedenen im Garten verteilten SitzplĂ€tze haben wir geliebt. Das Haus selber ist sehr gemĂŒtlich, mit einer guten KĂŒche ausgestattet und sehr schön dekoriert. Es fiel uns nicht leicht nach einer Woche wieder wegzufahren und wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in einem traumhaften Domizil mit herrlichem Garten und Pool! Jeder kann dort auf seine Kosten kommen. Unsere beiden Kinder haben vor allem den tollen Pool sehr genossen und die Möglichkeit, dort auch noch abends baden zu können. Außerdem sind verschiedene StrĂ€nde mit dem Auto sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. ParkplĂ€tze haben wir immer gut gefunden. Das Meer ist herrlich klar und sauber. Das französische Vermieterehepaar ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Wer möchte, bekommt Tips bzgl guten Restaurants oder z.B. wann der provencalische Markt ist ( auch sehr zu empfehlen). Ansonsten halten sie sich sehr zurĂŒck und im Hintergrund. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar ausgestattet und sehr gut gelegen. FußlĂ€ufig ist alles, was man braucht: sehr gut bestĂŒckter Supermarkt, sehr gute BĂ€ckerei und Konditorei mit großer Auswahl, Fleischerei und Apotheke etc.. In der Fleischerei gibt es auch fertig zubereitete provencalische SpezialitĂ€ten, auch Fisch, sehr zu empfehlen ( boucherie du pin). Unbedingt probieren! Ansonsten verfĂŒgt das Ferienhaus sowohl ĂŒber einen eigenen Grill sowie Elektrogrill bei der Sitzgruppe. Wir werden wiederkommen und bedanken uns herzlich! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! SuperSSupermar

Bormes-les-Mimosas

Das Ferienhaus, in dem wir die beiden Pfingstferienwochen 2024 verbracht haben, war sehr angenehm. Bei den "Maisons de Pierre" handelt es sich um ein Doppelhaus. Ein grĂ¶ĂŸeres, das etas nĂ€her am Pool liegt und ein kleineres. Das Wohnhaus der EigentĂŒmer befindet sich ebenfalls auf dem GrundstĂŒck und liegt dem Pool am nĂ€chsten. Das Gastgeberehepaar ist ĂŒberaus charmant und hilfsbereit. Fragen konnten wir jederzeit stellen. Der Austausch war angenehm unkompliziert. Angenehm ist auch, dass BĂ€ckerei und weitere LebensmittelgeschĂ€fte fußlĂ€ufig keine zehn Minuten enfernt liegen. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto 10 bis 15 Minuten - je nach Verkehrsaufkommen. Wir haben erholsame Tage im Ferienhaus in Bormes-les-Mimosas verbracht und können es empfehlen.

1 - l'appartement est sensĂ© ĂȘtre Ă©quipĂ© en wifi, mais le hic est que celle-ci est seulement accessible dans le jardin cĂŽtĂ© propriĂ©taire (jardin dont nous pouvions disposer, il est vrai) 2 - Nous dĂ©couvrons la veille de notre dĂ©part que, malgrĂ© le prix Ă©levĂ© de la location, le mĂ©nage (50€) n'est pas inclus dans celui-ci. Excellent séjour !

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines chez Claudia et Pierre, tout a été parfait. La maison est trÚs bien équipée et trÚs propre, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et avons adoré ce séjour, au calme et dans un bel endroit.
