Quietly located with an intimate garden and swimming pool, this house is an ideal base for visiting Bordeaux and its historic buildings with its reflecting pool, going to the Arcachon Bay to climb the Pyla dune, or eating oysters at the Cap Ferret, surf the waves of the Atlantic coast, taste the wine of Bordeaux, Médoc or Saint Emilion.
Everyone will have their place in the house with their bedroom which has its own bathroom and toilet but you will enjoy together its living / dining room open to the equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, thermomix. .. ) You can do all your shopping nearby and get around the city center with a bus just a stone's throw away or simply walk in a park immediately accessible on foot.
