Main Level:

The entryway leads to the open floor plan main floor, with a recently renovated kitchen and family dining room with ample seating. The family room has a wood-burning stone fireplace and wonderful mountain views and also contains one of two master bedrooms, complete with an en suite bath and oversized closet. The bedroom is equipped with a king bed set and a flat-screen TV. The master bath, in addition to jack and jill sinks and a renovated shower, has a free-standing soaking tub.

Upper Level:

The upper level has an additional two bedrooms, and share a second bath. The room on the western side of the house has a king bed set, along with a flat-screen TV and panoramic mountain views. On the eastern side of the house, Blackberry Vista's 3rd bedroom contains a twin over a full bunk bed and a crib. Also located on the upper level, along with the two bedrooms, is the entertainment loft. A 75 inch TV, with video game consoles and comfortable seating, is situated next to a wooden game table, perfect for a late-night poker game. Two of the couches in the loft pull out into queen beds (if extra space is needed).

Lower Level:

Blackberry Vista's lower level contains the home's other 4 bedrooms, as well as two full baths. The second master, in the northern corner of the house, has a king bed set, en suite bath, and flat screen TV. The 8-foot sliding glass door leads out to a private patio, surrounded by a wooded garden and firepit.

Two other suites on the lower floor each have king bed sets and direct mountain views. The final room downstairs is usually the choice of our younger guests...featuring a twin over twin bunk and a twin loft bed that doubles as a fort for the little mountaineers to enjoy. There is also another crib in this room.

The secondary living room is located on the bottom floor as well, with ample seating and a custom electric fireplace and 75 inch TV mounted on the floor-to-ceiling stone mantle.

Beyond the bedrooms, on Blackberry Vista's lower level, there is a movie theater decorated with vintage theater curtains and carpet. The 7 oversized leather recliners and 85 in movie screen with surround sound make for an incredible experience. On the northern wing of the lower level, the cabin also contains a 4 person sauna, perfect for relaxing in the wintertime. Blackberry Vista's most impressive feature, which is located back on the main floor, might be the 900 square foot garage arcade and game room. Complete with an array of options to keep any family busy, the arcade contains a pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, ping pong, multiple skee-ball tables, bubble hockey, and an assortment of arcade games! (Please note: we are unable to guarantee 100% of the items are functional at all times, as from time to time we may have one or two items in the game room that are under repair, and apologize if this is the case).

Outdoor Areas:

Outside the cabin, there is an abundance of decking space off both the main level and lower level. Sit on the patio and take in the breathtaking sunsets on any of the ample seating or hanging swings. Gather around the outdoor fire pit, cook a family dinner using the grill, pizza oven, or enjoy Blackberry Vista's extra-large outdoor hot tub. If you're feeling adventurous, take a hike around the trails carved into the private 10-acre estate.

***Please Note***

For security purposes and to ensure a smooth check-in, we ask all guests to complete a short rental agreement and provide emergency contact information after booking.

A refundable security deposit of $2,500 is also required. The deposit is automatically placed as a pending hold on the credit card on file 7 days prior to arrival and is fully released within 7 days after departure if no damages occur. Full details will be provided in the rental agreement sent after booking.

-Minimum age of primary renter is 25 years old.

-There is an additional guest fee of $20 per person per night over 8 guests.

-Dogs are allowed (up tp 2 dogs max) with $150 pet fee per dog and permission.

-No parties, events, or weddings without prior approval and written permission.

-Blackberry Vista will accommodate up to 18 guests. Please let us know in advance if you have a large party and would like a specific setup.
