It’s known for its Gulf Coast beaches and parks, including secluded Barefoot Beach Preserve, Bonita Beach and Little Hickory Island, popular for shelling and exploring. Nearby, to the north, is Lovers Key State Park, a popular swimming and kayaking spot. Made up of 4 barrier islands, the park is home to manatees and dolphins. Explore Downtown Bonita Springs (Old 41) with many dining options, breweries, live entertainment, and year round events and festivals at Riverside Park. Everglades Wonder Gardens in Downtown Bonita Springs is a popular tourist attraction and features orchids, parrots, flamingos and reptiles. You can still bask on the beach and splash in the two pools at Buildings 2 and 4.

The condo was exactly as advertised/pictured. Clean, comfortable, fully equipped; even a soft sided cooler, ice packs, paper plates and disposable silverware were available if needed. The ocean view was great. Becky was very responsive to questions I had prior to check-in. Great visit and would definitely stay here again if we return!

Easy Walk to the Beach

The property appeared to be recently renovated and barely used. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The beach cart, umbrella, chairs, and towels were new and made our beach day a breeze. Parking at the beach would have been impossible, so we were thankful we could just walk across the street. The ocean view was worth the extra cost. Loved sitting out on the enclosed deck for my morning coffee. Great communication by the owner. Pools weren't open yet, but we probably would not have used them anyway. Will definitely stay here again when the tennis and pickle ball courts are restored.

We have been coming down here for years. This condo is the best! The owner was great and attentive. The condo was very clean and had so many extras. Bed was great and comfortable. Overall a beautiful condo!
