The staff was wonderful, so helpful in every way! The complimentary brunch on Mother's Day was wonderful! The Inn is just gorgeous! Only concern was our door to our room really wouldn't lock. You can just push it open without a key. One morning I woke to it ajar. The wind must have opened it.

Our stay at 1661 was the perfect location for us to attend a wedding, walk into town, visit their farm & animals, enjoy daily wine & nibbles and breakfast coffee & muffins. We also had 2 opportunities to enjoy the breakfast buffet and both mornings had delicious offerings with home-grown veggies & fresh flowers. Our room was very small which is typical of country inns, but everything was new & immaculate with daily towel exchange & fresh flowers. We even had a private patio! Wonderful people& beautiful weather!
