This location was ideal half way between our ferry and town. The breakfast was enough to hold us till lunch. The snacks either donuts or cookies left out was a nice treat.

Payne Harbor View is a lovely place to stay. The innkeeper Carmen was so nice and friendly, breakfast was delicious. The room was very spacious, clean, beautiful antiques throughout the home. I really enjoyed my stay here.

old school charm with few amenities

The hotel staff was excellent and very attentive which added to the charm of this hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the views were wonderful. The downside was they only had a portable A/C which did not cool the room off at all and you couldn't leave it on when using the hair dryer. The beds were also not very comfortable.

The perfect spot away from town. Quiet with an excellent view. Suite 9 has a huge bed and a private jacuzzi. Cleanliness is off the charts as is the service, really can’t ask for more. Quick walk to Yellow Kittens and Winfield’s but far enough away to avoid the noise. Already reserved for next year… this is the place, look no further. For the car guys - safe parking so you can bring your car without worry.
