The main living area features vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, and forest views through numerous windows. A chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances and a large dining area make cooking and gathering effortless.



Upstairs, the kids’ game loft offers a racing simulator, arcade games, and a fun hangout space. Downstairs, the entertainment lounge brings everyone together with a bar, karaoke, poker and pool tables, foosball, skee-ball, and a movie theater with leather recliners.



Unwind in your indoor swim spa, outdoor hot tub, or barrel sauna, then end the day around the fire pit under the stars.



The home sleeps up to 14 guests across six spacious bedrooms with plush bedding and modern bathrooms. Guests also enjoy private seasonal lake access within Camelot Forest. Perfect for kayaking, swimming, or relaxing on the beach when the weather is warmer.

Located in the peaceful Camelot Forest, this retreat offers privacy, nature, and relaxation. Enjoy serene mornings by the lake, quiet forest walks, or starry evenings by the firepit.

The home is easily accessible by car, with a private driveway and plenty of parking. An EV charger is available for electric vehicles. Most Pocono attractions, dining, and shops are within a short drive.



Other Things to Note:

Professionally managed home for quiet, respectful stays—no parties, events, or unauthorized guests.



HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFO

• No Parties or Events: Registered guests only. Unauthorized gatherings may result in additional charges and/or termination of the reservation.

• Wildlife: Do not leave food or scented items in vehicles. Keep doors/windows closed when not in use.

• Amenities & Supplies: Basic toiletries and starter supplies provided; additional items may be needed for longer stays.

• Not a Hotel: Privately managed home—responsive support, but no on-site staff.

• Security Cameras: Exterior cameras (front door, back deck, both sides; 4 total) record video/audio. Tampering is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.



SWIM SPA & HOT TUB

The swim spa and hot tub are for guest enjoyment. Please do not add any substances to the water, including soap, oils, food, liquids, glass, or other non-approved materials.



If either system requires draining, a full chemical reset, deep cleaning, or refill service due to guest-caused contamination, a service fee will apply based on condition and professional assessment:

– Swim spa: $600

– Hot tub: $100



This includes contamination from prohibited substances, discoloration, foaming, or any condition requiring service beyond standard maintenance. All determinations are made by our professional cleaning provider based on documented post-stay condition.

• A 3.5% Cancellation Fee will be applied to every reservation, regardless of timing. This is due to our payment processor, Stripe, charging us that fee for an transaction.



Interaction with Guests:

This house is self check-in with an electronic keypad. No need to arrive at any particular time. At 4p the code will activate for the duration of your stay
