Fun for friends, dirty hot tub
The cabin was fully stocked and had amazing views! The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were packed with towels, and the bedrooms were cozy and clean. There were games to play (giant Connect 4, etc.) and the ping pong table was fully stocked with balls and paddles. The only major downside was the hot tub- on the third day when we decided to use it, we found it was green and unusable (we hadn’t looked when we first arrived, unfortunately). I called the management company to let them know we were not the culprits (someone had taken the chlorine plug out), and they were accommodating and polite. I wish we had found it and called sooner so that they could have sent someone to clean it, but by that point it was too late because we waited so long to check it. Not management’s fault, still a bummer though. Also, the running water in the cabin itself smelled bad- almost sulfurous. We had bottled water but the shower situation was a bit stinky. Otherwise, the property was as-described and we had a great time!
