Unsafe. No manned reception after 8pm meant that when arriving back from dinner, we had no way of getting back into our room due to a faulty key. Out of hours contact number was just not being answered. Absolutely unacceptable.

Loved staying at this hotel the room was a nice size with a gorgeous bathroom, coming and going was made really easy, secure and free parking, only 10 minutes walk into the centre, also a great breakfast place round the corner, would highly recommended staying here, will definitely stay again.

Unfortunately this property is situated next door to building works which ruined the stay hearing circular saws and hammers all day. What further ruined the stay was the absolute lack of any sort of level of customer service when trying to rectify this issue with someone. I would not recommend to stay here for this reason.

Good location and parking, rooms very spacious but a bloody stain on the mattress protector is just very poor hygene
