This place could've easily earned a 5 star rating from me if just some basic details had not been neglected. My 1st impression of the place was definitely ruined. We pulled up to this beautiful cabin to only find multiple bags of garbage right at the front door. At first sight coming into the house, it was gorgeous; very spacious and but still cozy. I loved the open concept. But then once we took a closer look, we found some issues. The place was definitely not cleaned well. The kitchen floor was sticky and dirty. Empty plastic bottles inside the sofa bed. tv in the main living room was inoperable. We had no access to any channels, nor apps. The roku remote was missing the batteries. The host did attempt to troubleshoot the issue with me. I was told to connect to the network but when i tried the system said it was hardwiredly connected, so that wasn't the cause. I did appreciate them sending someone to bring us batteries (they also picked up the trash at the front door) but unfortunately the roku didn't work either. There was a cord from the tv that looked like it was ripped out of it's connection. Remote controls missing from some rooms. When looking for clean linnen we found them laying on the floor in the closet. Not folded in a drawer so it was hard to know if they were truly clean. Also found holes in the linnen. The jacuzzi fortunately was working and clean. The kitchen was fully equiped. Overall, this is a gorgeous home but needs better quality control.
