The staff were welcoming, courteous and professional. The apartment was very clean and freshly renovated. Everything there for a weeks stay. Perfect location close to centre ville, buses, beach etc

This property is well located in a quaint neighborhood, with boulangerie, charcuteries, supermarket, restaurants etc. It is also a 5-minute walk to the beach. It is really designed as a place to stay for a week in Biarritz. The kitchen is well equipped. I had a studio apartment with sofa bed. There were no instructions on what to do, but I eventually worked it out. You had to clean the apartment before you left (which was no problem for me). Laundry was good. Wi-Fi ok

This property was one of the coolest stays. Breakfasts were incredible - which is included - some of the best. Properly was quiet, great views, relaxing, everything we wanted. Staff were incredible, not one bad thing about our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Good size really clean apartment, with everything you could need in the room. We booked a one bed apartment, do that my mum could have the bedroom and I had the sofa bed. Plenty of room for both of us. Location handy for beach and buses. Would recommend.

Great stay in Biarritz

Very nice, clean and spacious apartament. Convenient location not too far from the beach. The staff was kind and helpful . Only thing I would have liked is a larger tv which was rather small and possibility to connect to Netflix

Amazing location, great amenities

Great location - super close to the Grande Plage, the city center and some little supermarkets and restaurants. If you are planning on working remotely, the basic access to wifi is more than enough. The studio I stayed in was very comfortable and spacious, but the insulation within the building is not the best and I could hear people in the flat above. This was the only negative point. I would definitely come back !

No frills, be prepared to make your own bed if you can call it that. It’s a sofa that turns into 2 single beds. Not very comfortable. Otherwise located in a good spot close to the main beach and commerce.

Comfortable stay in a quiet neighbourhood

Comfortable stay but nothing fancy. Difficult to find way in from front door as reception is at back of building. We had booked a twin room but were given a double - luckily the receptionist found us one. Only small bar of soap is provided in bathroom. Glad we hadn’t booked breakfast as it looked very basic. No staff, just help yourself. On the plus side, the small kitchen has everything you need and it was good to have a separate bedroom and living area. Airport bus stop is a few minutes walk away.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. But I was never given the access code for the front door so found myself looked outside in the first night until someone came back to the hotel. I thought I would ask reception the next morning but then reception was closed for the day, so again I was locked out until someone came through the front doors and then they told me the code.

Beautiful property, excellent location

Property is very convenient, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only problem was determining whether we had prepaid breakfast included in our booking. We were initially told we had breakfast but at checkout was told we did not and had to pay for breakfasts. If known in advance, we would have opted out and had coffee and pastries nearby for 1/3 the cost

Clean room and good, convenient location for the centre, about a 10 minute walk from the Grand Plage. Only criticism is that it would have been nice to have had a change of towels halfway through our stay. We were there 10 nights.
