L'Esse'capade is a holiday cottage nestled in the heart of rolling countryside, a haven of peace, a converted stable surrounded by a wooded and fenced park, a true oasis of greenery.

The cottage is located in an annex to the owners' house. Ground floor: large, bright, and spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, large refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, etc.), dining area, lounge area with a charming rustic-modern theme, featuring two sofas, an armchair, a wood-burning stove, and a smart TV with Netflix and Canal+. High-speed Wi-Fi.

One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and its own shower room (with hairdryer).

Separate WC. Utility room with washing machine.

Upstairs: mezzanine with office area.

One large bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a single bed (80 cm), and a single bed (90 cm) (plus a fan).

In fine weather, a private enclosed garden and garden furniture allow guests to enjoy peace and quiet and al fresco dining. A griddle is available for grilling. Children's games are available ([hidden], ping-pong table).
A secure 6m x 6m swimming pool, shared with the owners, is open from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM from July 1st to September 15th. Alcohol consumption is prohibited in this area. The pool is heated by solar panels. Free entrance and parking, separate from the owners' area.
A mandatory cleaning fee of €65 is payable upon booking.
Firewood is provided. Baby equipment (cot, changing table, high chair) is available.

The cottage belongs to the commune of Bernay-Neuvy in Champagne. However, we are 2 km from the village, at a place called Esse.
