Hotel was very clean and modern looking. Great location right across the street from Berlin’s Central Station. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I absolutely loved my room and this hotel. The price was very reasonable and I will most certainly stay here again if I’m in Berlin.

The hotel was perfectly located- a 2 minute walh from the main Berlin railway station. Superior room was spacious, clean and had everything you could want. Complimentary tea and coffee. Very quiet. Lovely shower. A free bottle of still water provided on check in day but not replaced! Would have been nice to be provided with a bottle of water everyday even if just a plastic bottle.

An excellent place to stay, close to the Hauptbahnhof (main railway station) but not so that you'd notice! The standards of the hotel in presentation, helpfulness of the staff and being in the centre of the city without feeling overwhelmed were great - would definitely want to stay there again!

You get what you pay for: great service at a cost

Facilities, access to station, key attractions, breakfast (especially the breakfast !), perfect. However, as always, you get what you pay for: this hotel is not for those with a tight budget, there is no two way about it, it was expensive (1 night for 3, including a child, with breakfast, end of July, 330 euros).
