Difficult to find front of the hotel, it looked like a side entrance for staff. Difficult to access the lobby. Had to take elevator to 2nd floor, no one to help carry suitcases up to lobby or our rooms. Area was questionable, not very clean.Room was clean, although air conditioning really did not cool the room Opened windows for cooler air. No comfortable lobby to hang out in at night. Area where there were booths to sit, which was located near the bar, we were told we had to buy something or leave. I would not recommend this hotel.

This place is huge, managed to get lost trying to find our room. The room was huge and really great, staff were lovely the car was good the restaurant food was a bit pricey but some nice places outside the hotel to eat. Very handy having a supermarket below. Comfy beds and good shower, everything you could think of provided in the room.

Stayed at Mercure MOA Berlin and really enjoyed it. The hotel was very clean and right next to a grocery store, which was super handy. There are great restaurants nearby, including a nice fish & steak place and a Vietnamese spot. It’s a bit far from the main attractions, but easy to reach by public transport. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!

Fantastic hotel. Room was great and had everything we needed for our short stay. Only a two minute walk to the nearest underground stop. We only ate breakfast but it was fabulous and so much choice. Right about a supermarket which was really handy on the Saturday

Staff were very lovely but room allocation isn't based by when you book, instead by when you check in. As a result we ended up with a room without a window as we had a late flight. We could have asked to change the next day and see if it was possible, but not until after 12 when we'd have been out. So we accepted it. Room was big but it was stuffy and air con wasn't great. No natural light so it was hard to get up in the morning and feel alert and we had no idea what the weather was doing. Water wasn't topped up on the other days we stayed either. It was more far out than we realised but the train is close so want too bad. Had to request another pillow as they were very thin and you only had the one. It's was okay, but more average. Not bad, but stayed in much better places for the same value.
