Quiet mornings, wide-open skies, and space to just be.
Welcome to the kind of place that feels like an exhale. Otter Manor sits tucked into the West Virginia woods, offering just enough seclusion to feel like you’ve truly gotten away, yet close enough to downtown Berkeley Springs if you feel like wandering into town for a mineral soak or a fresh-baked pastry.
It’s a space that works just as well for slow mornings as it does for late-night laughs around the fire. Whether you`re here with family, a few close friends, or just someone who makes you feel at home—this is where the pace shifts and time stretches a little.
Settle in and spread out:
✅ King bedroom (main level): warm lighting, cozy bedding, total rest
✅ Queen bedroom: soft sheets and a quiet vibe
✅ Twin room with two singles: ideal for kids or those who like their own space
✅ Two full bathrooms: because mornings go smoother with options
Everyday comforts, just better:
The kitchen’s got all the staples you’d expect—plus a gas range for real cooking and a coffee maker ready for early risers. Step outside and you’ve got a private deck made for grilling, stargazing, or listening to the woods settle in for the night.
✅ Propane grill and outdoor dining space
✅ Fire pit perfect for s’mores and stories
✅ Private trail for morning walks or after-dinner rambles
✅ Smart TV + Wi-Fi when you want to wind down
✅ Board games + game area to keep everyone entertained

You’ll also have:
✅ Washer + dryer for longer stays or muddy hikes
✅ Central heat + A/C so you’re always comfortable
✅ Ample parking right outside
✅ Peace of mind (no pets, no surprises)
