Nice Escape

Loved all the natural lighting, a beautiful wooded veiw from the deck especially and 3 sliding doors with access to the deck from every room, leading to a screend porch enclosure. My dogs loved it and I knew they were safe and not wander off.

This cabin is ideal for a family gathering. It is near Berkeley Springs, and the community has a lovely pool. If you are planning on cooking meals for a large group, you might want to bring a large kettle to use in addition to the cook ware that is there for cooking pasta ,corn on the cob, etc.

Nice spot

The living room was a bit dusty and some food items from the last guests were left behind. Overall it was an okay stay. I had a few questions/concerns I had messaged the host about and it took until the next day sometimes to get an answer. I would stay again but wish I would have had a more direct way to contact the host.

Last minute getaway

This is our second trip to Berkley Springs but our first time staying at this property! We are very happy we decided to try out a different house because this one is absolutely WONDERFUL! So much more room than the last property we stayed at! Communicate from the host was great and the property is very well maintained! Incredibly close to the community pool! Within walking distance! Wish we could have taken advantage of the hot tub but Mother Nature decided to make it the hottest week ever! High recommend this property!

Not as described

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with several elements of our stay that we believe other renters should be made aware of. While I reached out to the owners several times via the VRBO app and phone while at the house, we never received any communication from the owners during our stay other than “automated” emails about check in and check out and asking for 5-star reviews. We reached out because the house was advertised as having access to a swimming pool and we asked about it in advance of arriving. We came to find out that the owner needed to provide guest passes. We could not find any in the house and when we reached out, we received no communication back. This was disappointing as having access to a swimming pool was a main reason we chose the home. Also, the downstairs portion of the house is not renovated like upstairs. It is damp and musty and in need of a humidifier. That should be an easy fix and will have a positive impact on the furnishings which had wear and tear from the humidity. We did enjoy our time hiking and biking in Cacapon state park and found the downtown of Berkeley Springs charming.

Memorial Day weekend family vacation

This cabin in the woods near Coolfont in Berkeley Springs, WV was exceptionally clean, comforting, and welcoming. It was easy to find, easy to get to, and we really enjoyed our stay. Huge shout out to the host who was very responsive to all my questions. I would stay there again.

Great weekend getaway

Booked this property for a weekend getaway with friends to celebrate a dissertation defense and Connor was super communicative! Property was great, everyone had a blast in the hot tub and the grill was perfect for our barbecue

Very Nice Family Cabin! Nice Get Away!!

Stayed with family here , we were 8 of us and Kids had a awesome time. Cabin was well accommodated and clean. I would recommend it to my family and friends. Will book again for future family adventures!!

Great "Home" Away from Home Base

We had a wonderful visit. Our time was spent away from the cabin for the most part, but it was wonderful to come "home" to the hot tub and plenty of space for some many people to spread out. Thanks for making your space so comfortable and clean.

A Week in WV

The location is excellent for convenience into Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park and local restaurants. The trails in Cool Font are very nice and the cabin is comfortable and attractive. We loved all the birds and sitting on the deck.

Great place for a retreat!

My friends who practice in healing arts and I got together for a retreat to share our modalities here. There was enough space for our yoga, reiki, and magic; and to share meals; and to relax in the hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

PEACEFUL

Wonderful trip to Berkeley Springs

Had a great time at the cabin.....Check in and Check out were smooth. Great communication with owner and easy peasy. Close to town, but far enough away that's it's quiet. Hot tub was wonderful. Brewery really close and another nice restaurant also walkable. Would stay again.

LOVE this house!

My family and I loved this house and plan to stay again next year. We found our house! -VERY clean -Well stocked (everything was provided (ie trash bags, TP, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, seasonings, cooking spray, etc)- all we needed to bring was our food and personal items) -Great location that is easy to get to. Houses around are spaced out enough that it is private. -Comfy beds with plenty of pillows -Wonderful water pressure and plenty of hot water in the showers The host was wonderful as well. Thank you!

Berkeley Springs Cabin

We had a very nice stay with plenty of room to gather in the kitchen dining living room area, and plenty of couch space and chairs to watch a movie together. The arrangement of the sleeping areas allowed us to have our own spaces for a good night’s sleep. The host was very responsive and courteous with the booking and during our stay.
