Welcome to the Coler Clubhouse! When you're out of the saddle, relax in our luxury home, complete with amenities for up to 10 guests.



To the left of our entryway, you'll see our open-concept dining area, kitchen and living room. Immediately, you'll be greeted by our large, eight-top dining table. To the right, entertain your crew in our large, fully stocked kitchen, which has a kitchen island with four barstools as well as state-of-the-art appliances and all the essentials you need to create your favorite meal, baked good or cup of coffee. At the far end, you'll see a second dining area with bench seating and four chairs. From here, you'll also have access to the backyard.



Through this area, you'll find our spacious living room where you'll see gorgeous, vaulted ceilings, an overstuffed sectional, a lounge chair and a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV. Under the TV, you'll find our collection of boardgames, including Sorry, Uno, Connect 4, Checkers, Dominoes, cards and Yahtzee.



Back out near the entryway, you'll see our office. Here, you'll find a large desk, books, rolling chair, lounge chair and gorgeous built-in shelves. This room is flooded with natural light from the front window!



After a long day on the trails, settle into one of our luxury bedrooms. (1) Our Primary bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, lounge chair and en suite bathroom. (2) Our second bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, 43-inch Insignia Smart TV and nearby bathroom. (3) Our third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, 43-inch Roku TV and nearby bathroom. (4) Our fourth bedroom has a Full-size bed, two Twin-size beds, a dresser, a closet, a private seating area with a 43-inch Hisense Roku TV and a nearby bathroom.



Out back in our fully fenced-in yard, unwind in our outdoor living space! Enjoy our six-top dining table, gas grill, fire pit and string lights.

Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



Other Things to Note:

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
