Michael and his staff were so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a great visit. We stayed in one of the suites, which was clean and felt luxurious. There was a lovely view of the mountain. The jacuzzi was a welcome sight at the end of a long day. We would stay here again.

Loved this little motel style resort. Our king room was HUGE. The water in the shower was HOT. AC wasn’t the best but kept us cool enough plus a fan above the bed. Stunning area and the small town near by is soo cute

They noticed i had a 13 year old daughter and 9 year old son in toe. The upgrade to a suíte was complimentary and close to the pool. Definitely suggest this place. Breakfast was good and everything is close. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the Palmer House years ago and this visit was not as good. The hotel appears run down, the English muffins for breakfast were stale and there was a man hanging outside of his room two doors down from us shirtless and smoking. The staff was lovely and very nice.

Property was nice, well maintained. Staff was helpful & friendly. Would definitely think twice before returning due to the fact that our suite was very outdated… the windows were dirty with imprints on them, something that could have been easily cleaned… bottom of mini-fridge was not wiped down from a previous guest… I don’t like leaving reviews like this but based on the fact that there are other similar reviews, I wonder if the owner cares or just can’t get housekeeping that know what they’re doing(?)
