Maison conforme mais Très mal entretenu avec le temps

Maison conforme et assez propre au niveau de l'hygiène, rien à dire... Par contre le manque d'entretien de la maison loué a ce prix ne le vaut vraiment pas !!! Tout est passé d'age... croyez moi j'ai l'habitude de loué des villas luxueuse. La climatisation à de gros problèmes par temps chaud et a été limité ou n'est pas assez puissante.
