It is a cute little apt, but it is definitely not set up to have friends or family over to visit you when you’re traveling from out of town. Needs more seating and I guess it’s assumed that people are going to eat out. I personally did not find the beds that comfortable, I felt like the bed was too hard.Watch out for Vrbo and their search engine. I purposely was looking for a place for a hot tub and I got directed to this house and it “listed” (they removed that) a barbecue but you’re not allowed to use either. I paid money for this place to use the hot tub and a barbecue and I was denied both.The other thing you don’t know in the description is that it is a downstairs apartment so the people above you can be heard talking and walking into the night. I thought I was getting a whole house with the use of the hot tub and the barbecue. And this is really the first negative review I’ve ever made for a VRBO place.The host himself seemed nice when I was talking with him and he probably is a pleasant person. But my point is he needs to do a better job describing this place so people don’t get hosed on staying in this unit without knowing all the facts first. I will definitely not be staying here again.They didn’t even have a pizza cutter lol.. The parking spot for the lower unit is on the opposite side of building from the door in a tight alleyway. And the parking spot in front of the apartment door was taken over by the other tenants. And they clearly did not know how t
