Lovely hotel smack bang in the centre of Belfast. Staff were fantastic, rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast great. Easy walk into Belfast where all the bars are. Prices at the hotel bar weren't daft either.

Loved the breakfast menu, great choices and fresh with a lot of variety. Hotel is in a great location and looks great and welcoming upon arrival. Rooms are comfortable, but could do with a bit of a refresh as they look quite old and furniture looks dated. Some disturbances due to loud noise outside (people shouting wonder if this was the pub over the road) and from other guests, slamming doors, children running in corridors found it difficult to sleep. Not the hotels fault, as this will happen. Overall a really good stay as positives outweigh negatives and would come back! Rooms clean and loved tea tray.

Reception desk guy was great! Room was a bit disappointing. Room 608 the bathroom wasnt the cleanest. It also looks like it needs some tlc. 7:50am i was woken with hammering and drilling.

The smell in the room was 'off' somehow but i was tired. Twice it got worse and it had a sewage-y thing to it. Not nice anyway for what you pay for the room. Guiness was awful, didnt finish it, and food was over cooked... Highly doubtful I'll be back here any time soon...
