It has 3 bedrooms, a living room of 24m ², opened on the kitchen of 9m ², 1 SDB.

On the first floor: 3 bedrooms, with 2 double beds 1 childrens bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bathroom with bathtub and double sinks.

We accept that the children go in the Jacuzzi but they remain under your responsibility and especially not to jump in ...

A lovely-lovely stay!
We really-really enjoyed this place! The house is great, recently renovated and very spacious. The 7 of us, ranging from 15 to 81 were very comfortable. Our favourite spots: 1. spacious and open kitchen with all of the appliances imaginable
2. spacious living room with lots of places to lounge around.
3. The outdoors with the garden and a great pool (we used it rain or shine, the water was super warm) and lots of comfy garden furniture to relax, enjoy a drink or have dinner.
We also really enjoyed the location as we used it as our base to visit St. Malo, St Lunaires, Dinard, Dinand, St Briac, Cancale, Cap Frehel, so it was perfect. The house in in a very quiet area, but is just a few minutes walk to the bakeries, grocery stores, a great seafood and a cheese shops, right around the corner.
Alexandra was a wonderful host, giving us tips on what to do see and always available for questions - thank you!
A really wonderful place and we hope to be back soon!

Excellent séjour, je recommande vivement cette maison!
La maison a été récemment rénovée dans un esprit contemporain. Bien située, Dinard, St Malo, etc.
La piscine a toujours été à 29° pendant notre séjour, idéal pour les enfants. Le jardin est aussi très sympathique, avec du mobilier confortable. Les commerces sont aussi à proximité.

Maison parfaite à tous points de vue:
-son emplacement à 15 min en voiture de St Malo,
-sa déco tendance,
-ses 3 grandes chambres,
-la salle de jeux convertible en 4ème chambre,
-son jacuzzi,
-son jardin clôturé,
-le centre ville à 2 min à pieds....

Un séjour magique en Bretagne

Maison lumineuse et très agréable
J'ai passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cette maison agréable situé à 2 pas des plages de Lancieux !! Le jardin est spacieux et sécurisé pr laisser jouer les enfants en toute tranquillité. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et réactifs en cas de besoin ;) J'y reviendrais avec grand plaisir :) et recommande vivement cette location.

Belle maison située dans un environnement calme
Avons été reçus chaleureusement dans cette belle maison rénovée, bien décorée, et bien équipée. L'environnement de cette habitation se trouve dans un secteur calme, non loin du centre du bourg avec ses nombreux commerces. De belles plages sont à proximité, vous êtes aussi à moins de 30 minutes des magnifiques villes de Saint Malo et Dinan, et à moins d'une heure de route du célèbre Mont Saint Michel. Un petit tour dans le jacuzzi au soir vous décontractera et il est à l'abri des regards grâce au brise vue.
Bref de très bonnes vacances passées en Bretagne.
L'état des lieux lors de notre départ a été effectué avec la propriétaire très sympathique.

Entspannte Ferien in ruhiger Lage
Ein schönes, ansprechend eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit 3 Schlafräumen einem Badezimmer und einem Wohn-Esszimmer mit offener Küche in einem kleinen Ort ca. 10 km vom nächsten Strand - 25 Fahrminuten von St. Malo - dem reizenden Dinan und ca. 1 h Fahrzeit vom Mt. St. Michel. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, im Ikea-Stil und die Dielenböden knarren leicht - das einzige WC befindet sich im EG neben dem Eingang und hat kein Waschbecken. Aber alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.
