The property was not well kept & they did not provide parking as it was a full lot, oddly, but yet I found a place right in front of the building where valet was which was fine. The room was dirty. There was human filth on the shower door and there was no soap in the shower. Overall, not a very good experience would not recommend Baton Rouge for any purposes at all other than driving through

They did not clean our room the second day , I stay at hotels so I can relax and have fun and come back to a clean room and fresh towels.If I wanted to clean my room and do laundry I would rent a camper or I would rent an air b&b.When I checked out they told me they only cleaned rooms every other day , I told them if they had mentioned that to me before the stay I wouldn't have stayed there.

The first room I was given had an unmade bed that looked like someone just woke up from. I showed the front desk lady pictures. She said, “Sorry,” and gave a new room pretty quickly. The second room had a cup with straw on the TV stand and some of the coffee cups were just laying on the TV stand. One of the pillows on the bed had a huge indentation as if someone had either punched the pillow or laid their head on it. The bathroom had long black hair on the floor. It was late and I needed to rest up for a health event that started at 6:30a the next day at the Raising Canes Center so I cleaned and sanitized the areas of the room that I needed. I typically don’t stay at 3 star hotels and this experience confirmed the reason why. The convenience of location is not worth compromising quality and cleanliness.

Looks just like the pictures, nice comfy room. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast available in the morning at their little cafe. Happy hour from 4-7 and it was 50% off wine or beer. Parking in the back in Downtown was an added bonus. It was perfect for me.

The staff and location were great, but thats where the good stopped. Had mold and a broken piece in the fridge of our first room, got move rooms and it had ants under the desk lamp, so we went back to our original room. Then, got a parking ticket because it wasn't fully explained where to park in their second lot, only to end up having to park in the street the rest of our stay. Was told their GM would be in touch with us, twice, but she never reached out. So, I emailed her regarding all of the issues, and discuss getting the parking ticket paid, but she wouldn't even respond to that email. We will not stay here again, nor recommend it to anyone, because if you have an issue I can almost guarantee it won't be resolved.
