The staff was friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable and the parking area had adequate lighting. I am usually awakened all night long by loud noises outside my room when I have stayed at other hotels but thankfully this hotel was very quiet. That was a big plus!

Overall the property was clean. The room was clean but the tub area in general could have been better. The breakfast was a paid buffet style breakfast with variety of options according to my mom. I didn’t eat breakfast. The workers I came in contact with during my stay were nice and greeted me with a smile. I lady attending to the breakfast area as well. The elevator need some WD40 or put in a work order. It was slow when moving like it needed some grease on it lol. Otherwise I had a good stay. I’ll give it a 8/10.

The location of the property to the highway is awesome. The area around the property needs some upgrading and the abandoned boarded up motel next door devalues the Holiday Inn. Wanda the front desk representative is OUTSTANDING!!! It’s worth the stay just to interact with her.

Don't ever make a mistake

What an awful manager this place has. I accidently booked the room for the wrong dates. I IMMEDIATELY sent a message the second it was booked. Within 5 minutes of the booking. Asking for it to be canceled. I needed the room for later in the month. No response. I call the hotel in the next 30 minutes after not hearing back anything at all. They cant do anything about it because its through a 3rd party booking website. I call hotels.com, they cant reach the property manager. So they say they will email me with an update. I get an email later on saying the property manager said no refunds even though i contacted them immediately after booking and never checking in to the room. What asinine behavior and poor customer service. I will not be ever staying at this hotel nor any other through hotels.com. learned my lesson. Maybe treat your customer base better? Maybe be a better human being and not suck the life out of people even when they make mistakes?

Everything was wonderful! The room was like being at home; I had a chair with an autoben and a side table so I could put my feet up and drink my coffee, the bathroom was very clean and had shampoo and conditioner and body wash. It was a big room with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Best of all, Wanda at the front desk is my hero!!! I was in town for a funeral and she gave me so much good advice and happiness ❤️ she sent me to the best seafood place to get some lunch before the funeral and gave me a little more time to relax before the funeral. She truly has great customer service skills!!! I loved everything about my stay except that I couldn’t stay another day…I slept so good in that room!!!!!!
