Excellent location, close to many nice large and small restaurants, including several very good ethnic restaurants. Very close to the river, very close to the Roman baths and the Cathedral, with also a beautiful church right across the street. My room was tiny but adorable. Breakfast was limited but there were so many great places to eat nearby that I only stayed for breakfast one time. The room was clean but the cleaning staff was a little erratic. Overall I love the Indigo hotels.

The room was too hot and there was mould around the window. The young man who came to tidy the room was lovely and provided me with the water i requested. I was not acknowledged by other staff as I came and went from the hotel.

The room was situated in the basement with no outside view and whilst it was nicely furnished it was dirty and dusty. We had dried vomit on the rug next to the bed.
