Fantastic. We had a lovely weekend stay whilst we explored the Christmas markets and Baths lovely city. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and breakfast was very tasty. The staff were lovely and welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble. My only comments for my preference would be to have hearing controls in the room as I like to be cooler at night. Also breakfast items were very tasty but I would have liked some beans, black pudding and has browns with my full English. However that’s my opinion not taking anything away from what is a wonderful place to stay and would thoroughly recommend this to people looking to stay in bath.

We were impressed the moment we pulled up the driveway, it's a lovely building. Reception hallway is very warm, bright and welcoming, looks very swish. The room again was just perfect, gorgeous decor, very clean, plenty of space and a good sized ensuite. Wonderful view over Bath. Bed was comfy and great blackout blinds and curtains. Breakfast was delicious and great choice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Only a 10 minute or so walk to the city cente. Would highly recommend staying here.

Everything!! A great welcome on arrival- our room was upgraded...no idea of reason- but very grateful. Cleanliness excellent- bed linens & towels excellent quality. Breakfast really enjoyable- with a great choice of options. Service was top notch with nothing too much trouble. All staff very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely return!!

Really enjoyed our stay, I wish there were more staff present during our stay - just to ask how are room is, if there's anything they can do to help. The heating in the bathroom was an issue (it was too hot) and it would've been nice to enquire if there were any firmer pillows available. Also, I think it reasonable to expect that the tv's in the room to be smart TVs - so people can cast from their device to the screen - in case they wanted to watch Netflix etc on a larger screen. Having said all that, those are small issues on what was a very lovely stay

Great staff ! Walk to bath easy going but a little harder coming back but still a nice walk, breakfast was excellent both in quality of the food and the service I would highly recommend this hotel, i will definitely return!

Tripped and broke foot on the stairs. Partner also tripped in the same location earlier. There are two warning signs right at this unexpected step on a small landing, clearly a tripping hazard for many.

Grays boutique was an absolute gem! After having a disaster with an air b&b we were so lucky to find this place. The owners were so welcoming and hospitable and the b&b was clean and well stocked. The breakfast options were lovely and we would 100% go back!

Grays is located up the hill opposite the town center, a 15 min walk when going downhill. It’s located in a beautiful townhouse surrounded by lush gardens. The rooms are very well appointed and the beds very comfortable. Even though there is no air conditioning, there were several windows we could open and a fan that quickly cooled down the room. The owners were very accommodating, allowing us to stash our bags when we came in on an early train. After sightseeing all day, we found our bags had been carried to our room for us. Then, when we had to leave for a day trip before breakfast was served, they packed us sandwiches and snacks and drinks. On our second morning in Bath we enjoyed their regular breakfast and it was exceptional! I had the Eggs Benedict and my daughter had the Full English. The bacon used was like a slice of ham. Overall, Grays was just a delight. We’d love to return!
