I really liked this hotel. It felt clean, new, and very comfortable. Our room was a good size for 4 people. The staff was very nice and location was great. Not right in the center but super close enough to walk We only stayed one night but would definitely been happy to stay more. We had a beautiful view from our window of the bridge .

Easy and quick check in, room was clean, well maintained and spacious. Bed comfortable and lovely river view. Matteo who welcomed us at breakfast was really friendly and helpful telling us everything we needed to know and the food was lovely, The hotel is really central for exploring Bath with everything within walking distance. Don’t hesitate. Book this hotel. The location of this hotel was excellent. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean. It exceeded all of my expectations. Two things to be aware of are, free WiFi is available in the public areas only and there is a public car park next to the hotel where you can pay to park your car.
