Beautiful room. Nice and bright and clean. Kettle and milk for tea, mini fridge, and cookies/biscuits. Nice extra touches. Breakfast was wonderful. Brought to your room at the time you choose. Honestly, the best little B&B I've stayed at in years. Highly recommend.

Cute property with a good location for walking to most things in Bath. Room was great with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was served to the room every morning. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely B&B just outside the main center of Bath. Walk-able from the train station. Clean, tidy and super friendly owners. In-room breakfast was tasty and on time.

If you just need a room, this place is nice. Clean, centrally located. No parlor or living room on offer, just the room. Small en suite bathroom. Eggs and toast breakfasts were brought to room. Very easy to walk to center and restaurants.

Staff members Stephanie and Sam were incredibly friendly and helpful! Our cosy room had everything we could possibly need to be comfortable: plenty of lights, plenty of outlets, lots space to hang clothes, plus hooks in the room and en suite, very quiet room AC with remote control, lots of hot water!!!. etc. Very good breakfast served in our room. Perfect location with easy walk into center of town and train station. The owners even sent maps and useful info like restaurant recommendations in advance. Would absolutely stay here again if we are lucky enough to come back to Bath.

We spent 3 nights at this lovely B&B in Bath. Our hosts, Sam and Stephanie were friendly and hospitable. The room was quiet, comfortable, and well appointed, with snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. Breakfast was served in the room each morning, and it was very good. Stephanie washed a load of our laundry for a small fee. The location was very convenient, just a few minutes walk into town. Great stay and great value.

Wonderful little B&B

Beautiful little guest house with incredibly friendly owners. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable & was equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was quiet & even had air-conditioning. The breakfast tray brought to your room every morning was a very nice change to the dining room experience we're used to......we definitely preferred it. Check in & check out was easy & the addition of a free parking space in the centre of Bath was very handy.

The Bath House was clean and comfortable and extremely convenient for the city centre and all the sights. Sam and Steph were very friendly and welcoming and willing to help with any questions we had. Parking is tight but is definitely a bonus for the centre of Bath. Our room was a bit smaller than I imagined from the photos but was very clean, the bed was comfortable and was well equipped with everything thought of right down to a phone charger plug. Breakfast delivered to our room was lovely, with a choice of options. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Easy walk to everything in the town. There is a parking spot but for the most part a car is not needed if your destination is the Roman baths and other sights and restaurants in town.

Fantastic welcome (even though we were late), parking space, good size room, very clean, love the bathroom ceiling, breakfast menu system worked well, breakfast was lovely, tea replenished regularly, comfy bed. Relatively flat walk to bath abbey less than 10 mins, uphill walk out through back car park to royal crescent 7mins, very convenient for tourism
